The Laurel Highlands Food Service Department will be offering bagged meals for all kids 18 and younger free of charge.  This service will provide breakfast and lunch items that may be picked from 11:00-12:00 daily.  This survey is to ensure that those that need this service are able to get the number of meals needed, as well as, allowing us to plan to ensure that we have enough product.  Please only signup if you are able to pick up the meals or signup daily so we do not have any meals wasted.  All meals will be picked up at the school building that you select on the form below.   Please pull directly up to the distribution location and a meal will be handed to you in your vehicle.  Please complete this survey for EACH WEEK.  The program is operating week to week and will only continue if the service is being utilized.  Check back each Friday to complete the survey for the following week and to see if we are still operating.  Students do not need to be present when picking up meals.
