Healthy, Local Food Purchasing Survey
Dear Community Member:

In collaboration with Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance and its local partners, Crossroads Resource Center is conducting a survey of community members to better understand their food consumption needs and interests, to better support area growers, and to increase the sale of local food to local residents. The results of this survey will be incorporated into a long-term strategic vision and plan for a healthy and local food system for the region.

As an integral member of the community, would you please take this survey?

Please contact us if you have any questions - call or email anytime!

Thank you! We appreciate your time and are so glad to have your input.
