2018 Stafford Hamlet Family Fest Event Registration
We will provide a 10' x 10' space (or less, if you prefer) for you to set up your booth. Bring a table, canopy, pamphlets, brochures, etc., to share about your organization.

Options for Booth Space:

1) Business Booth - providing information only (no selling): $35
2) Business Booth - selling on site ($50)
3) Community Org/Nonprofit - provide 2 volunteer shifts for the Fest event (you choose the shifts/activities) FREE
4) Community Org/Nonprofit - booth space with no volunteer shifts ($35)

Load-In: Friday, September 14 from 5-7pm OR Saturday, September 15 from 7-8am

Load-In Schedule: There are three waves of load-in times. Please choose your preferred time. NOTE: Booth doesn't need to be set up within time period, but the vehicle dropping off your materials needs to be out of the area at the end of your window.

Load-Out Schedule: Saturday September 15. Please choose your preferred time. NOTE: Booth doesn't need to be broken down within this period, but the vehicle needs to out of the area at the end of your window.
