Metropolitan Washington Drinking Water and Wastewater Use Survey
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, on behalf of its member water and wastewater agencies, is conducting this survey to help the agencies better communicate with you – their customers – on a number of topics. It should take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers are anonymous, and you will have the option at the end of the survey to enter your email to win one of three $100 gift cards. Your email will not be tied to your survey responses. Any email address you provide will not be used for any purpose, and will only be kept on file if you opt in to our mailing list.
