Your support is truly valued and plays a huge role in the success of our fundraising event! Each volunteer shift will be 1.5 hours long to ensure that everyone can enjoy the event while also helping it run smoothly.
Volunteer Shift Times: Saturday, September 27, 2025
📌 Setup: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (All volunteers)
📌 Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
📌 Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
📌 Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 10:00 PM
📌 Cleanup: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We ask that all volunteers assist with setup from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM to help get everything ready. Additionally, those who can stay for cleanup from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM would be greatly appreciated!
