Campus Safety, Crime, & Fire Report
Members of the Maine College of Art & Design community must complete the following form for incidents that occur on campus. The Campus Safety & Crime Reporting Form aids the College in meeting the Jeanne Clery Reporting Act requirements and ensuring the safety of the Maine College of Art & Design community. If you have witnessed a crime or suspicious activity on College property, please complete this form. The College will determine whether the incident meets the Clery Reporting Act. 

In addition this form is used to report when the fire department responds to any building for smoke alarm and/or fire. 

MECA&D staff will maintain appropriate confidentiality with each submission.
