UR Internship Application
The University Relations Division (Development Department and Alumni Association) Internship Program aims to invest in students, increase and diversify the number of professionals in academic advancement, and produce meaningful work. Interns complete resume-worthy projects, acquire and sharpen business skills, and engage with the dynamic network of Notre Dame alumni, parents, and friends. They gain insight to the operations of Notre Dame, higher education, marketing, business development, and fundraising.

Undergraduate and graduate students may apply. Applicants should be self-starters who possess strong communication skills, the ability to thrive as members of a team, and high commitment to the Notre Dame mission. Interest in marketing, business development, public relations, fundraising, alumni, relations, event production, and/or higher education preferred. Experience preferred but not expected.

Academic year internships may be one or two semesters with an expected commitment of 8-10 hours per week that can flex around class schedules.

Summer internships are 8-10 weeks, up to 40 hours per week.

Interns are compensated $9-15 per hour.
