Please complete this form to place your order. If this is your first time ordering, simply submit your order, and we will contact you via email to set up your account if you are within our delivery route. Orders must be paid for by 2 pm the day before the scheduled delivery (please refer to the map for delivery days).

Note- Wednesday deliveries alternate by weeks.  Often we only make it to Gresham/ Sandy area once a month. 

Delivery Requirements:
  • Minimum order of 3 cases or one keg (Note: A case is 12 cans). No mixed cases.
  • Your delivery address must fall within our delivery range.
  • Deliveries are made during business hours M-F 9am - 3pm.
  • You're responsible for keeping the kombucha cold. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or leave a cooler accessible.
