*READ ALL OF THIS* By far, most students are taught between the hours of 3 pm and 8 pm. You can set your own hours, but you must have a significant amount of time between those hours, mon-fri. At least 4 hours per day (somewhere between 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.), 4 days per week (Monday-Friday) Will that work for you? If not, please discontinue application *
Do you have reliable transportation? (cannot use public transportation). (Driving time is worked into the high hourly rate) *
Are you comfortable teaching ages 4 and above? (usually 6 and above) *
*READ ALL OF THIS* What days/times can you teach? (We're looking for as much availability as possible. That doesn't mean you have to teach that entire time you are available. You can tell us how many students you want and we can fill you up to that number and stop.) We're looking for as much availability between the times of 1-8pm mon -fri as possible. The MOST important times are between 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. But please show ALL the availability for each day. EG: mon: 1-8pm Tues: all day Wed: 4-8pm Thur: 9am-12pm, 3-8pm, Fri all day Sat 9am-12pm *
It's important that the above availability is consistent through the year. If all of a sudden you weren't able to teach on mon and tues for instance, and you had to give students back, that would be very inconvenient for the company and the students. Is there anything that might get in the way of this availability? Is this availability consistent through the year? *
How would you describe your piano performance level? (I need to know the highest level you have attained to in the past. Current skills don't need to be on par) *

You will use a smartphone during lessons to teach with apps as well as find sheet music quickly and texting the purchase link to the mom, etc. You need to be very comfortable with a smartphone, as well as using a computer for the hiring process and training. Are you comfortable with technology? If not, please discontinue application
