Community Fundraiser Non-Profit Application
We invite you to join Foundation 23 & the Race to Raise during a 9-week community-wide fundraiser from July 23 - September 26!   The campaign will peak on September 19 during the Race to Raise (previously known as Pinedale Half Marathon & 10K) when over 500 people come together in a celebration of community spirit and nonprofit support.  $5 of each race entry will be donated to the participant's choice of participating nonprofit. Matching grant dollars will make the donations received go even further.  The power of this community-wide fundraiser comes through the participating nonprofits and we encourage you to use this community fundraiser as a key event in your annual fundraising plan!

To participate a nonprofit MUST complete the following:
  • Attend the orientation meeting (April 7 - Pinedale, April 14 - Big Piney)
  • Submit a completed application (this form)
  • Volunteer in the preparation or hosting of the Race to Raise and/or Cally's Helping Hands
  • Attend the Cally's Helping Hands Ceremony Event, November 4.
To be eligible, organizations must provide programs or services to Sublette County area residents.

View a full list of eligibility requirements at 2026 Community Fundraiser Nonprofit Criteria.

Completed applications are due by 11:59pm on April 24, 2026
