GSWNY is working on a council-wide strategic plan to give direction to the coming years with regard to increasing members, developing programs, securing funding, etc. The plan should be ready to share by the end of May. At that point, they are interested in speaking with all members of FOT, possibly via Zoom, to receive our input on the plan and to discuss ways FOT can help.
