DOCS Consortium Pre-registration Survey
By virtue of attending the DOCS Community Health Leadership Conference you become a member of the DOCS National Health Leadership Consortium, an effort to promote communication and collaboration between student organizations at medical schools across the country. You will learn more about the Consortium and how it can be of benefit to your organization at the Conference. We hope that you continue the conversations started at the conference through the Consortium's online platform. ALL COMMUNICATION REGARDING THE CONFERENCE WILL BE MEDIATED VIA THE FORUM. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS, SCHEDULES, AND MAPS CAN BE FOUND UPDATED ON THE FORUM. We encourage you to post your questions and responses in the appropriate sections of the forum.
