Government Science College, Gandhinagar Student Satisfaction Survey on Teaching – Learning and Evaluation Process For The Academic Year 2017-18
Guidelines / Instructions for Students to fill the Questionnaire :
1. As per the NAAC (National Assessment and accreditation council) guideline, Government Science College, Gandhinagar is conducting an online “Student Satisfaction Survey” regarding Teaching – Learning & Evaluation under the umbrella of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college.
2. Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) will help to upgrade the quality of Teaching – Learning & Evaluation in the college.
3. Online link to the Student Satisfaction Survey is available on college website.
4. A student will have to respond to all the questions given in the following format with his / her sincere efforts and thoughts. His / her identity and personal details will not be disclosed.
5. SSS questionnaire is in English. It is divided in Two parts, namely, Personal Details and Questions for Student Satisfaction Survey.
6. There are total 21 Questions (20 objective & 01 subjective) in this Questionnaire for Student Satisfaction Survey.
7. First 20 Questions are just like a Multiple Choice Questions. Each question has five responses, you have to choose the most appropriate response.
8. The questionnaire will be based on Five Point Scale, that means the responses are scaled on a scale of 0 to 4.
9. Most positive response will be rated as 4 points and the most negative response will be rated as 0 point.
10. Question No. 21 is qualitative / descriptive in nature. Here, in the response to question no. 21, student has an opportunity to give his / her brief suggestions for improvements in Teaching – Learning & Evaluation.
11. Kindly restrict your response to teaching learning & evaluation process only.
12. All questions should be compulsorily attempted.
13. Repetition of Name, e-mail address, Mobile number is not allowed.
14. As soon as survey is initiated by the coordinator of IQAC it has to be completed within 10 days.
15. Each Head of the Department encourage students to participate in survey and guide them about survey to make the SSS possible within the given time period of 10 days.
16. Before going to fill up the online survey Students are requested to keep ready their Roll Number, Enrolment Number & Aadhaar Number as a ready reference. So, that students can go quickly to fill up the form.
