MRD Party Rental Information and Contract
This agreement is entered into between the Montrose Recreation District and the Renter. The MRD hereby agrees to rent to the Renter and its bona fide members, employees, agents, guests, and invitees the use of the MRD facilities, subject to all provisions set forth below.

General requirements/regulations: Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in all MRD facilities except as allowed for beer and wine at Adult Programs at Ute, McNeil, and Holly Parks as well as after hours Field House Outdoor Pool Facility Rentals. Tobacco use is allowed in parking areas only. Activities causing undo wear and tear are prohibited, including fastening of apparatus or disorderly conduct of any kind. MRD may require the user to provide insurance. The renter shall be legally responsible for all claims by a person or persons for personal injury, theft, damage or loss in MRD grounds or in the building during the period the facilities are being rented. The MRD may require that it be named as an additionally insured agency of the renter's insurance policy with proof in writing before the event. Renter shall ensure that activities on the areas reserved do not disturb the peace of the Community Rec Center. Renters are responsible for cleaning the site and removing all trash at the conclusion of renter activities. MRD may revoke this rental agreement at any time as deemed appropriate by the MRD. Should a conflict develop in the use of facilities, MRD reserves the right to make changes are needed.
