Student Ambassador Application
Program at a glance
The Student Ambassador Program is an honorary group of students who represent Snow Canyon Middle School on campus and in the community. Students will demonstrate leadership potential, communication skills, and high academic standards. Student Ambassadors are also involved with multiple service projects during the school year and are expected to participate actively at Snow Canyon Middle School.
Requirements
Anyone wishing to become a Student Ambassador must meet the following requirements to apply:
Maintain a 2.5 GPA
Complete 12 hours of community service before school starts (service log will be due at the beginning of the school year to the Student Ambassador adviser)
Complete Ambassador application by Monday, March 18, 2024
Receive two faculty/staff recommendations (Link - https://goo.gl/forms/aNCEfd2rqWjHQmrj1)
Attend Student Ambassador advisory and activities
$20 Student Ambassador Fee (this includes a t-shirt)
Optional $25 Fee for Student Ambassador Hoodie

If chosen to be a Student Ambassador I understand that I will be participating in various service activities throughout the school year, giving new student tours, planning lunchtime activities, and working on other projects as assigned.  Student Ambassadors are expected to model appropriate behavior at school and be examples to others.   *
Parent Support - If chosen to be a part of the PTSA Student Ambassador Program you may be required to be at school early, stay after school or come back to evening activities.  There may also be times when students will miss a minimal amount of class.  Please have your parent  write their name below to show that they support you in applying to be a student ambassador. *
