Student Ambassador Application
Program at a glance
The student Ambassador Program is an honorary group of students who will represent Snow Canyon Middle School at special events on campus and in the community. They seek to enhance prospective students’ knowledge about the various student support services and programs offered at SCMS. Students will demonstrate leadership potential, communication skills, and high academic standards.
Anyone wishing to become a Student Ambassador must meet the following requirements to apply:
• Maintain a 2.5 GPA
• Complete 12 hours of community service before school starts (service log will be due at the beginning of the school year to the Student Ambassador adviser)
• Complete Ambassador application by April 26, 2019

• $20 Student Ambassador Fee (this includes a t-shirt)
• Optional $15 Fee for Student Ambassador Hoodie

If I get accepted to be a student ambassador I realize that I will need to complete 12 hours of service over the summer and turn in a log during the first week of school.
Parent Support - If chosen to be a part of the PTSA Student Ambassador Program you may be required to be at school early, stay after school or come back to evening activities. There may also be times when students will miss a minimal amount of class. Please have your parent write their name below to show that they support you in applying to be a student ambassador.
