• Space allows for up to 250 people. 
• Rental Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM. 
• Music must end by 10:00 PM. 
• Cleanup and exit by 11:00 PM.
• Homestead Resident: $850 plus $400 refundable cleaning/damage security deposit.
• General Renter: $1,800 plus $500 refundable cleaning/damage security deposit.

OUTDOOR AREA À LA CARTE (YOU CAN ONLY BOOK THIS FOR MON-FRI)

• Two-hour Minimum 
• Space allows for up to 125 people.
• Rental Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM. 
• Music must end by 8:00 PM. 
• Cleanup and exit by 9:00 PM.
• Homestead Resident Rate: $50 per hour.
• General Renter Rate: $100 per hour.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON: KITCHEN

• Homestead Resident Rate: $25 per hour.
• General Renter Rate: $50 per hour.
