Venue includes use of : Grounds for tent for up to 250 guests, parking, stage, kitchen, and bathrooms (renters must supply and set up their own tent, tables, chairs, lights, and sound system). Rental times are from 8a-11p (loud music off by 10p and cleanup and out by 11p).
Rentals can be made up to 1year in advance and should be booked 1 month prior.
*Homestead resident pricing is $600 (plus additional $400 cleaning / damages security deposit which returned if there’s no damages).
Prices for General renters is $750 (plus $500 damages/cleaning security deposit).
For Ala Carte Outdoor area by the hour (two hour minimum) :
Homestead outdoor rate $10 per hour or general renter rate $15 per hour.
Homestead Kitchen rate $25 per hour or general renter rate $40 per hour.
