Thank you for your interest in Candy Cane Wonderland, hosted by The Crafty B's, LLC. We are excited to hold this event at the Lynnwood Convention Center. This is going to be an amazing event to showcase our local small businesses, artisans, crafters, and everyone in between!
Please read the entire application. You are responsible for all the information here. Some things have changed from previous applications.
Applications will be evaluated on a first come basis. Note we only accept one of each Direct Sales Companies.
***At this time, applications are only open for sponsors. Applications will open to the public in March and will be on a first come basis.
We are excited to release details to our Candy Cane Wonderland Event. The event is November 28th, small business Saturday. It will run from 10-8 at the Lynnwood Convention Center. The event will include Santa photos from 11-3 and a Sip and Shop from 3-7.
As we all know, events cost a lot to put on and we are looking for sponsors to help us make this event amazing for vendors, shoppers, and our community.
As a sponsors you will get:
- logo on The Crafty B's website event page
- logo on Candy Cane Wonderland Facebook Event Page
- Thank-you post on Facebook to our growing fans
- logo on final print flyer and final signage at the event
- spotlights and post mentions on all our Facebook pages for six months up to the event
- logo on final thank-you and mentions on our website for six months after the event
- a space, including electricity for your company to display products or information (for select levels)
Level 1- $200, which includes all the marketing listed above for your company with no table space
Level 2 - $300, which includes early sign up with one 8x8 space with electricity and marketing as mentioned above
Level 3 - $500 which includes early sign up with one 10x10 space with electricity and marketing as mentioned above
Level 4 - $700 which includes early sign up with a double space of your choice with electricity and marketing as mentioned above

The Lynnwood Convention Center is completely indoors and heated. We have rented the entire building and there are elevators and stairs to accommodate all shoppers. The Lynnwood Convention Center is completely ADA accessible.
This event is running longer than usual as we will open at 10am and run until 8pm. We opted to run a longer event rather than a two day event this year.
From 11-3 we will be offering Santa Photos (cost of photos will be determined on the photographer we contract). From 3-7 we will be doing a Sip and Shop, with two full bars.
SETUP / BREAKDOWN INFO
We are aiming for an 8am load in time, although we are looking at an earlier time. We open for shoppers at 10am. The event closes at 8pm. Packing up early is not permitted. If you pack up early you will not be allowed to return as a vendor to our events.
There are two loading areas that we can use for easy load in and load out. It takes us directly to the rooms we are using. We will have maps
For precise times and information will be provided closer to the event.
You are responsible for supplying your own tables, chairs, and all other display materials you will need for setup. No tent frame frames are permitted.
Table clothes must go to the floor.
Areas need to be kept neat and picked up.
No product can be in the walkway. All your items need to be within your space.
Electricity is available if you need it. There is a $25 fee for electricity and spaces are limited.
The Lynnwood Convention Center has a NO outside food or beverage policy. You may not bring in food or drinks of your own. There are water stations set up to provide vendors with water all day. In the morning there will be a coffee and tea station for vendors. There will also be a concessions stand open from 11-7 where you can purchase sandwiches, soups, chips, espresso, etc. You may take the food back to your booths and we will have a few tables set up where shoppers can stop and eat/relax as well.
(Cakes, cookies, candies, jams, popcorn, etc)
Samples must be 2oz or less. All product sold must be prepackaged and sealed. No open product can be displayed or sold.
There is no central checkout at this event. Vendors are responsible for cashiering their own space and must provide their own cash and/or credit card processing abilities.
Likewise, you are responsible for any business licenses, tax reporting to the state/federal, and insurance you may need.
Our marketing efforts will include, but not limited to, the following:
Facebook - The Crafty B's Page and the Candy Cane Wonderland page will feature vendor spotlights and raffle items posted daily at least three months prior to event
Facebook Event Created and boosted advertising 4 weeks prior to event
The Lynnwood Convention Center Webpage and Reader Board
Holiday Bazaar Book
King 5 Events
Komo News Events
Local Lynnwood Newspaper
Lynnwood Businesses displaying posters
Road Signs the day of (we currently have 26 road signs)
Flyers posted in local businesses and at other events.
Numerous other Groups on Facebook
Posted on numerous Festival/Craft event websites.
We will also have plenty of printed flyers available for vendors to distribute. We encourage vendors to help pass them out to friends, clients, co-workers, places you visit, and customers at other events you attend. Word of mouth is strong!
