A chest is delivered to you along with a mysterious envelope. After you read the note inside the envelope, you discover that your ticket to the North Pole is trapped inside that chest!
The envelope also includes slips of paper with links to six different puzzles and questions at the bottom. Because the lock opens with a six-letter word, you realize you'll have to solve the puzzles to find out the letters that are used.
