Apply to Participate in Prairie Public's "Ask A Native American"
The concept is simple: Get eight people from a group that’s in the news and set up conversations with eight people who want to know more about that group. Ask questions in one-to-one conversations, kind of like speed-dating, then have a group discussion and continue the conversations over a meal. On August 11 at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck … Ask A Native American. 10 AM through lunch.

Ask A… breaks us out of our echo chambers and helps us to make connections with others in our community. We’ll interview the participants for radio reports that will be broadcast on the Prairie Public radio network—so the conversations can have real, statewide impact in our communities.

We’re looking for Askers and Answerers — people who would like to take some time for better understanding and who are sincerely curious and want to have civil conversations.

Please answer all the question below. Be aware that we will be doing audio and video recording, and photography to document the event.
