To comply with Musical Bumps Safeguarding policies we need to receive the completed registration form for each child.
At Musical Bumps Cambridge we will NEVER share your data with any third party.
Baby, 1+, 2+ and Family music classes: Resources are provided for use under supervision. Parents and carers are expected to supervise their own children and not allow instruments and puppets to be sucked or chewed. This is for the safety of children attending Musical Bumps classes.
3+ classes: Children attend 3+ classes without their carers where able/appropriate. Carers are required to stay on site. Safeguarding policy available on request.
Food: Please avoid snacks during classes except during the break as this helps our resources stay clean and avoids any difficulties for other children.
Once your child is registered with Musical Bumps and enrolled in a class they have a permanent place until you tell us otherwise. You must give at least 3 weeks notice if you wish to discontinue classes. Without notice you are still liable for fees. This applies to termly, half-termly and flexi block payments. Fees cannot be waived for occasional absences. In exceptional circumstances please contact our office.
Five-week blocks are available for babies attending 0-12 month classes which allow some flexibility; occasional missed classes may be carried forward within a term. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to offer this option for older children.
Re-enrolment. Until the last day of the previous term, priority places are available for children already attending a class. After this date places are allocated on first come first served basis. Once a class is full a waiting list is held.
