Dates: Held on the First Friday of each month from 6 to 10 PM. A very limited number of Temporary Artist spaces are available outdoors during May-October.
Location: The festivities take place primarily around the “center” of the Canton Arts District. Temporary artist spaces will be located on 4th Street NW -- primarily between Cleveland Ave and Court Avenue, and on Court Avenue between 2nd St. NW and 6th St. NW

Temporary Artist Space Rules and Regulations
• Even if you have participated in the past, you must complete an application for 2017.• First Fridays welcomes producer-made (handmade) art only. • Booth spaces are available for $50 per month. • We are unable to guarantee a spot for each month you request due to very limited spaces. If your application is approved, your payment must be received no later than the Friday prior to the First Friday you are participating in. If your payment is not received on time, your spot will be released for another artist. If you must cancel, payment can be transferred to another month, but will not be refunded. This includes cancellation based on weather conditions. • Acceptance of application is subject to approval by ArtsinStark and the downtown Canton Special Improvement District and is based on appropriateness of product and space available. • Artists will receive a map showing your booth location no later than two days before the event. • Food products and reselling are not permitted through the artist permit. If you are interested in selling food, visit the food vendor page. Please note that outside food vendor spaces are very limited.• Artist Vendor Permit provides a 10ft x10ft space only. All tents, tables, extension cords etc are all provided by artist. Please note that electricity is limited and not guaranteed.
