IMPORTANT NOTES: Whenever possible, a supervisor will visit your project before sending a repair technician in order to assure ourselves—and you—that we understand the issues and have the proper maintenance plan in place. Discounts may apply if we receive your completed maintenance request form within three months of original installation, though all elements of the project visible at completion will remain “as-is.” After that period, all maintenance work will be priced or warranted as stated above. Discounts may also apply if multiple maintenance items are addressed.

By doing so, you affirm your understanding that warrantied items are limited to chipping and delamination (also described as "peeling") of the Carvestone overlay from the substrate. You also affirm your understanding that issues relating to cracking, color, sealer, or mastic are to be expected and can often be improved with maintenance, but will not be repaired for free under our 7-year warranty. Furthermore, you understand that issues pertaining to color, cracking, sealer, and mastic are almost always outside of our workmen's control and therefore will not be repaired free of charge under our one year workmanship warranty. *
