REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds are available only if cancellation is made by 4PM on the day before the scheduled event. This allows us to finalize food and staffing.

Cancellations after 4pm day prior or no-shows are non-refundable.

Payments may be transferred to a future date only if space is available and with prior notice.

We appreciate your understanding as we plan to provide a fun, safe, and well-prepared evening for your child!
