Our 2018 event recorded more than 19,000 attendees throughout the weekend.
Set up is on Friday, August 2nd from 9AM-5PM and Saturday at 9AM. Vendors must be set up by 9:30AM on Saturday, August 3rd. Tear down is on Sunday, August 4th at 6PM.
All booths must be open during all hours of event operation- 10AM until dusk on Saturday, August 3rd, and 10AM until 6PM on Sunday, August 4th. You may choose to remain open after dark for the fireworks on Saturday.
Vendor Application deadline is July 1, 2019 or whenever vendor spots are full.
