Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Badminton Place Training Weekend Kerenzerberg,

Switzerland 1. – 2. November 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting this application form and participating in the Badminton Training Weekend you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the application.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be minimum 18 years of age. Participants under the age of 18 but not less than 16 years old might be eligible only with a written consent from their parents / guardians.

3. Event Content and Timing
The content, schedule, and timings of the event are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers based on prevailing circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, instructor availability, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

4. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees paid for participation must be made in full latest 2 weeks to the start of the event. In case of cancellation by the participant, refunds may be provided based on the organizers’ refund policy, which will be communicated separately.

Cancellation until the 26th of October 2025 refunded 50%.

No refunds will be made for cancellations from 27th of October 2025 (except at the discretion of the organizers).

5. Safety and Liability Waiver
Participation in the Badminton Event involves physical activity that may carry risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless the organizers (Badminton Place), coaches, sponsors, and associated staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event.

6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, staff, and facilities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful by the organizers may result in removal of the erring participant from the event without a refund.

7. Medical and Emergency Contact Information
Participants must provide accurate medical information and emergency contact details during registration. Organizers reserve the right to deny participation if the necessary information is not provided.

8. Photography and Media Release
By participating, you grant the organizers permission to use photographs, videos, or other media content taken during the event for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 9. Personal Property

The organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought to the event by participants.

10. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation of the Event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Teilnahmebedingungen für das Badminton Place Training Weekend Kerenzerberg,

Schweiz 1. – 2. November 2025

1. Annahme der Bedingungen
Mit dem Absenden dieses Anmeldeformulars und der Teilnahme am Badminton-Trainingswochenende erklären Sie sich mit den folgenden Bedingungen einverstanden und sind an diese gebunden. Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedingungen sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie mit der Anmeldung fortfahren.

2. Teilnahmeberechtigung
Die Teilnehmer müssen mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Teilnehmer unter 18, aber nicht unter 16 Jahren können nur mit einer schriftlichen Zustimmung ihrer Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigten teilnahmeberechtigt sein.

3. Inhalt und Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung
Inhalt, Zeitplan und Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung können nach Ermessen der Veranstalter aufgrund der vorherrschenden Umstände geändert werden, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Wetterbedingungen, Sicherheitsbedenken, Verfügbarkeit von Kursleitern oder andere Faktoren außerhalb unserer Kontrolle. Alle Änderungen werden den Teilnehmern so schnell wie möglich mitgeteilt.

4. Zahlungs- und Rückerstattungsrichtlinie
Alle für die Teilnahme bezahlten Gebühren müssen spätestens 2 Wochen vor Beginn der Veranstaltung vollständig bezahlt werden. Im Falle einer Stornierung durch den Teilnehmer können Rückerstattungen gemäß den Rückerstattungsrichtlinien der Veranstalter erfolgen, die separat mitgeteilt werden.

Bei Stornierung bis und mit dem 26. Oktober 2025 werden 50 % erstattet.

Bei Stornierungen ab dem 27. Oktober 2025 erfolgt keine Rückerstattung (ausser nach Ermessen der Veranstalter).

5. Haftungsausschluss zu Sicherheit und Haftung
Die Teilnahme an der Badminton-Veranstaltung ist mit körperlicher Betätigung verbunden, die Verletzungsrisiken birgt. Durch die Teilnahme erkennen Sie diese Risiken an und erklären sich damit einverstanden, die Veranstalter (Badminton Place), Trainer, Sponsoren und das zugehörige Personal von allen Ansprüchen, Schäden oder Verbindlichkeiten freizustellen, die sich aus der Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung ergeben.

6. Verhaltenskodex
Von allen Teilnehmern wird erwartet, dass sie sich gegenüber anderen Teilnehmern, dem Personal und den Einrichtungen respektvoll verhalten. Jedes Verhalten, das von den Veranstaltern als unangemessen, störend oder schädlich erachtet wird, kann zum Ausschluss des Teilnehmers von der Veranstaltung ohne Rückerstattung führen.

7. Medizinische und Notfallkontaktinformationen
Teilnehmer müssen bei der Registrierung genaue medizinische Informationen und Notfallkontaktdaten angeben. Die Veranstalter behalten sich das Recht vor, die Teilnahme zu verweigern, wenn die erforderlichen Informationen nicht bereitgestellt werden.

8. Fotografie und Medienfreigabe
Durch Ihre Teilnahme erteilen Sie den Veranstaltern die Erlaubnis, während der Veranstaltung aufgenommene Fotos, Videos oder andere Medieninhalte ohne zusätzliche Vergütung für Werbezwecke zu verwenden.

9. Persönliches Eigentum

Die Veranstalter sind nicht verantwortlich für den Verlust, Diebstahl oder die Beschädigung von persönlichem Eigentum, das von den Teilnehmern zur Veranstaltung mitgebracht wird.

10. Höhere Gewalt
Die Veranstalter haften nicht für Verzögerungen oder Absagen der Veranstaltung aufgrund von Umständen, die außerhalb ihrer angemessenen Kontrolle liegen, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Naturkatastrophen, staatliche Beschränkungen oder andere unvorhergesehene Ereignisse.
