ASUB Open Mic Night Interest Form – Spring 2026

Join us for Open Mic Night!

This semester's Open Mic Night dates are:

  • Thursday, February 19, 2026 | 5:30–7:30 PM | Student Union Courtyard
  • Thursday, March 19, 2026 | 5:30–7:30 PM | Student Union Courtyard
  • Thursday, April 23, 2026 | 5:30–7:30 PM | Student Union Courtyard 

What to Expect: If selected, your performance time will be announced the week prior, once sign-ups close. 

All SDSU students are welcome to perform! 

AV and Equipment Guidelines:

  • A backline/PA system is provided — please do not bring your own.
  • Personal amps are allowed but sound levels will be limited to 80 decibels.
  • Full drum sets are not permitted.
  • Performers must bring their own musical instruments, if applicable.
  • Please provide link to any music or MP4/MP3 file. 
  •   Phones and USB flash drives cannot be used for music playback.  

Important Information:

  • Sign-ups are first-come, first-served.
  • We will do our best to accommodate all performers within the 2-hour time frame. If your desired date is full, you’ll be given priority for the next available date.
  • Selected performers will receive an email ~1-2 week before the event.


Day of Details:

  • Check in early to check in with ASUB and AV — performances may run shorter than scheduled.
  • Plan to stay until the end, as the top 3 acts will receive gift cards.
