Members of the Regulated Investment Crowdfunding community and current CfPA Board members are invited to nominate qualified individuals, including themselves, to serve on the CfPA Board of Directors.
CfPA Directors serve two-year terms.
The Board meets formally six times per year, every other month, typically on the third Friday at 1:00 PM ET. Directors are also expected to actively support CfPA's mission through committee participation, member engagement, industry advocacy, and other association initiatives.
