Greek School Pre-Registration:  2025-26 Year
Thank you for choosing to enroll your child(ren) in the Greek language program!  Registration is a two step process.  This form serves as step one - pre-registration with the Greek Community of Oshawa and District.  Once this form is submitted, you will be presented with a link to the second and final step of the registration process with our partner organization.  The second step must be completed to secure your spot in the program.

The information collected from this form is used by the Greek Community of Oshawa and District for communications as it relates to events organized by the Community for the Greek language program such as details on parade participation, Christmas and end of year concert details, etc.

I hereby give The Greek Community of Oshawa & District the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs or video taken of my child(ren) participating in classes or performances for the Greek International Language School. These photograph/videos may be used in publications including electronic publications or in audiovisual presentations, literature, and advertising or in similar ways. I waive all rights to the photographs and allow them to be used for their intended purposes. I understand that no fee or reimbursement will be offered.

Volunteers
Classroom volunteers assist the teacher and students with class work and other activities as needed.  Opportunities exist for parents as well as high school students towards their volunteer hours.  A vulnerable sector police check is required with cost covered by the Greek Community of Oshawa & District.

This year, we would like to organize a parent event committee.  The purpose of this group would be to come up with ideas and organize fun events for the students.  Details to be determined. If you may be interested in joining this committee please indicate below and we will follow up with you.

OPTIONAL - Donation for The Greek Community of Oshawa & District
The Greek Language program offered through our partner organization is free however The Greek Community of Oshawa and District may, with the permission of our partner organization, hire additional teaching staff for specialized lessons such as music and dance and to keep class sizes as small as possible.  In addition, the Greek Community subsidizes or fully covers costs for special events such as Greek School participation in Greek parades, fun student events such as bowling, Greek language textbooks, and costs associated with our Christmas and year end celebrations.

If you wish to support the Greek Community by making a suggested donation of $100 per student enrolling in the program, please indicate below and a follow up communication will be sent to you.
