Each applicant is allowed one entry per gameplay option, so you're able to submit up to three entries as long as you choose a different gameplay option for each entry. If you are submitting more than one level, please submit this form once for each level.

You can submit your level's ID (must NOT be unlisted), a video of your level, or both! If you're submitting only a video, make sure that the video's quality is good (not stuttering/blurry).
