I UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:
1. NO REFUNDS.
2. VR MAINSTREET AND ITS OTHER ENTITIES WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY ELECTRICITY.
3. The festival is rain or shine. Unless stated through an official city email.
4. I will NOT leave until the event is over and all event attendees have left the event location.
5. Unless I state otherwise, I am responsible for bringing my own setup (tables, chairs, tents, and anything else I need.)
6. No use of stakes in ground permitted.
7. Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities cannot guarantee you the same space as previous years.
8. I will respect other's property and space.
9. My payment is not complete until I have an order number and a receipt stating the amount paid.
10. I MUST CLEAN UP AND REMOVE ALL TRASH FROM MY VENDOR SPACE AND TAKE IT WITH ME.
11. All vehicles must be unloaded and moved from the Mill Amphitheater 1 hour before event start time.
12. Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities are entitled to revoke or cancel my application at any time before and during the festival.
13. I will ONLY sell what it is stated on my application.
14. If NO-SHOW, Villa Rica Mainstreet and its other entities will NOT issue a refund and I will not be allowed to participate in future events.
15. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL CAUSE IN IMMEDIATE CANCELATION OF VENDOR APPLICATION AT ANY TIME BEFORE OR DURING THE FESTIVAL.
