The goal of PAWS’ Safety Net Foster program is to provide safe temporary housing for pets of Philadelphia residents and to support owners in reclaiming their animal(s) after an agreed-upon length of time. We are currently only able to offer foster care for up to 3 months/90 days.

This questionnaire gives us all the information we need to evaluate whether your cat is a good fit for this program, and helps us identify any other services we may provide to help you keep your cat. The more detail we have, the better we can market the cat to our foster network and assess whether we have the tools to support them during their stay with us. Don't leave anything out!
