San Diego Lao Food Festival - Vendor Application
Event dates: June 22, 2024 11am-9pm and June 23, 2024 11am-6pm 
Location: Mira Mesa Community Park, 8575 New Salem St., CA, 92126

LAOSD is a non-profit organization that continues to put community first. San Diego is home to one of the largest population of Lao Americans. At the festival, we aim to showcase the diverse and rich cuisine of Laos. The Festival will feature authentic food, cooking competitions, talented artists and musicians, local vendors and a rich cultural experience. This is an excellent opportunity for your business or organization to establish a presence in the Laotian American community, introduce new products or services, and further your organization’s commitment to supporting the local diverse community.  We expect to have 10,000 + attendees based on year 1, and media exposure through social media, local newspaper, and news broadcast.

Informational/Non Profit Vendor fee
  •  $450 - Registered Charities/Government Agencies
  •  $500 - Information/Art Exhibit Booth $500
Retail Vendor fee
  • Field 1 - $750 inside high-traffic area. Includes 1 vendor tent, 2 chairs, 1 table, electricity (limited)
  • Field 2 - $300 outside high-traffic area. Reserved space, bring own tent, materials, etc
