Terms - Prepaid Shipping Return Tag Program
Fees cover a return shipping tag and insurance for replacement cost of the instrument in the case of loss or damage incurred during return shipping under our program. The corresponding amount selected will be charged to the credit card on file. Shipping insurance does not cover any damage we determine to not have been incurred during return shipping of the instrument ( dents, lack of finish care, etc..) You are responsible for secure and safe packaging of the instrument. The item should be packaged securely with sufficient buffer materials. Review a specific carriers packaging requirements via thier website. Insurance claims denied by the shipping carrier due to insufficient packing of the item may result in you being billed for damage repairs. If you have declined the Call Tag/Pickup option you, the return shipper must provide the prepared package to UPS/FED EX or a UPS/FED EX drop off location for return shipping. If dropping off at any UPS or FED EX drop off location you should retain a receipt for proof of the drop off/acceptance. All returns will be dated the day of delivery to our warehouse, not the date this pickup is requested. Box size must not exceed the original box size used when we shipped your rental to you, otherwise additional fees may apply after return. (If we are charged any additional fees due to an oversize package that was not already figured into your shipping rate). Actual rates and fees are not reflected in pricing for this premium priced return service and may differ from any shipping quotes you may receive directly from any shipping company or service. These services are not offered to HI, AK, PR, APO or any similar non-continental US address. We reserve the right to decline this service to any problematic address or addresses that require more expensive services not within the scope of this program. This is a convenience option and is not inclusive of any other return fees or credits due upon closure of your rental account. JST Mail House, Inc.
