Vendor Information
Cost: $100.00 per booth
Vendors must provide their own equipment ie: tables, chairs etc.
All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events
No electricity or running water is available.
Our events usually run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 8:00 am. Break down is 3:00pm.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
We reserve the right to censor any booth.
REGISTRATION: Vendor Forms must be submitted two weeks before the event! Spaces are limited and can sell out. (If interested in attending the conference Vendor may register at a discounted price).
