Oldways Seniors Cooking Classes

We’re excited to invite seniors to join us for a series of Oldways-inspired cooking classes focused on nourishing, flavorful, and culturally rooted meals. These hands-on classes are designed to support community connection and joyful cooking.
No prior cooking experience is required, just curiosity and an appetite for good food, good energy, and good company.
