Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for TRIBE.

TRIBE is a grassroots nonprofit based in Seminole Heights, supporting local families through free resources, creative programming, and community connection. As we rebuild and strengthen our operations, we are focused on establishing a board that is active, engaged, and accountable.

Board members play a direct role in guiding the organization’s direction, supporting key decisions, and helping ensure TRIBE remains sustainable and aligned with its mission.

This form is designed to help us understand your background, interests, and how you can contribute to the work ahead. We are looking for individuals who are willing to participate, follow through, and take ownership of their role.

Board Member Expectations

Attend monthly board meetings
Participate in board-level responsibilities and assigned tasks
Contribute to organizational oversight, planning, and decision-making
Support fundraising and community engagement efforts as needed

Estimated Time Commitment

Monthly board meeting (typically first Monday at 8pm)
Approximately 5–10 hours per month outside of meetings

This is a working board. Members are expected to stay engaged and contribute consistently.
