Hello and welcome to our incoming topic of the quarter survey. This information will inform original content on our social media and website platforms to inform and educate people on highly stigmatized behavioral health topics. This coming topic of the quarter will be focused on self-harm.

We understand this can be a difficult and triggering topic to consider and discuss; please take care of yourself as best as possible and we have shared a list of resources at the end if needed.
