Bump in: Friday the 22nd 12pm - 10pm or Saturday the 23rd from 7am to 9:30am (all vendors must be set up by Sat 23rd 9:30)

Bump out: Sunday 24th 7am to 1pm

Applications close March 8th 2019 11:59pm.

Note - Backing boards are not supplied for tables at our Wagga Wagga event.

Terms of Service
Tables must be booked directly by the exhibitor who will be using the areas, we cannot allow others to book space in place of another business or individual.Tables will only be allowed to be booked by a single business or individuals, we do not allow sharing. All company or business names and information displayed on the table must match that supplied during registration of table. Any displays or signage that does not match information supplied must be removed. Exhibitors may not borrow or extend into other space not assigned to them or use equipment not self supplied or assigned to them. Any and all displays from the exhibitor are limited to the area within the space that is provided.Structures, displays or fixtures must not block or interfere with any other exhibitors, GAMMA.CON setups, public space or emergency exits. Any order to move structures, displays or fixtures by GAMMA.CON or Show Ground staff must be complied with. GAMMA.CON has final say on the matter of removal or any structures, fixtures or displays.Exhibitors may have music or video at their table as long as they do not interfere with other exhibitors. After the conclusion of Bump Out at 1pm on Sunday the 24th of March exhibitors must have left their areas in the same state they found it in. This includes but is not limited to; damage to the area, the removal of rubbish and merchandise and general cleanliness. Exhibitors will be held financially responsible for any damage or cleaning required. GAMMA.CON holds no responsibility for items remaining at Show Grounds after our booked times have expired. Bootleg material or material violating copyright laws is prohibited. Only official merchandise may be sold at GAMMA.CON. If it is found that an exhibitor has sold, selling or displaying a bootleg item, the will be immediately expelled without refund. Bootleg is described as commercial merchandise produced without consent or contract with the original IP holder. Fan art or fan produced products are allowed as long as they are produced by the exhibitor and do not closely resemble any officially produced merchandise. Food or beverages unless approved may not be sold or distributed. GAMMA.CON considers material which is (but not limited to) pornographic, sexually explicit or suggestive, graphically violent or dealing with potentially illegal subjects such as drug use to be ‘Restricted Content.’ All material and merchandise displayed must be suitable for a general audience as GAMMA.CON is a family friendly event. Exhibitors may be asked to take down or remove from display any material deemed to fall into the category of Restricted Content.It may be a criminal offense to show or sell certain graphic material to a minor. However Restricted Content may be sold or shown at the GAMMA @Night event from 6pm on Saturday 23rd March. If you are unsure about the status of any material please seek advice from exhibitors@gammacon.org.au or GAMMA.CON staff on the day before display or transaction. If exhibitors do not comply with above rules and regulations, GAMMA.CON Staff have the right to ask exhibitor to forfeit their stall and leave the convention area without refund. In the event of any discrepancies, contradictions or omissions in the Exhibitor rules and regulations, the GAMMA.CON Convener’s decision on the matter is final. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to have public liability insurance. GAMMA.CON Convention staff takes no responsibility for any damages that is incurred by the exhibitor or their property before, during or after the convention. Exhibitors will be ultimately responsible for protecting themselves from theft. It is an exhibitor’s responsibility to comply with the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL), GAMMA.CON will not be held responsible. In the event an exhibitor cannot attend GAMMA.CON then their fee will be refunded providing they notify GAMMA.CON no later than Friday 8th March 2019. If cancellation is made after that time the exhibitor will forfeit their fee unless in the case of dire circumstances. *
