The Surry County Junior Championship is open to all juniors age 18 & under providing they have not yet attended college. All juniors must live in Surry County or be a golfing member at a Surry County Golf Facility. This tournament is open to boys and girls competing in the following age groups:
Boys ages 14 – 18 competing at 6200 – 6700 yards
Boys ages 12 – 13 competing at 2700 – 3000 yards (9 holes only)
Girls ages 14 – 18 competing at 5000 – 5500 yards
Girls ages 12 – 13 competing at 2300 – 2600 yards (9 holes only)
Ages 11 & under competing at 2000 – 2200 yards (9 holes only)
Ages 13 & under will start play at 10:30 am and lunch will be served following completion of their 9 holes. Ages 14 - 18 will have lunch at 11:30 and begin their tee times at 12:20. Awards will be awarded in all age groups.
