Hello! Please complete this form if you are interested in attending a 2024 summer educator externship. There are limited spots available for each day, so please choose your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. We will do our best to fulfill your wants and needs.

If you are completing this form after June 13th, you are expressing interest to be added to the waitlist. You will receive an email to confirm whether or not you will be invited to participate based on funding and capacity. For more information please email careerpathways@nwresd.k12.or.us
- Externships will be roughly 6 hours long (between the hours of 8AM and 3PM)
- Lunch will be provided for full day experiences (6 hours)
- Educators will receive $300 for full day externships (6 hours) and stipends will be subject to regular payroll deductions from their school district.
- Educators must be employed with a school district in Oregon for the 24-25 SY to receive stipend
- Anticipated payment timeline will be October 2024
- We plan to notify educators of their placements in mid-June via work and personal emails
