Thank you for your interest in the 2026 Hillgrove Marching Band!

This form collects information from students and parents, including interest in:

  1. Marching Band participation for students who cannot attend Spring Camp

  2. Marching Band participation for students who plan to attend Spring Camp

  3. The 2026–2027 Student Leadership Team

Spring Camp Overview

We will hold three Spring Camp rehearsals. The first two are relaxed “come try it!” evenings where students can experience marching band, meet our staff and members, and have some fun. We work hard, build strong teamwork, and create a positive environment for all students.

Unlike athletics, every student participates and performs—no one sits on the sidelines.

The third rehearsal in April is for students who register for marching band. During this session, we will share additional information and help students prepare for July’s Summer Band Camp.

Spring Camp Dates
  • Tuesday, March 17 — 4:45–6:30 PM 

  • Tuesday, March 31 — 4:45–6:30 PM 

  • Friday, April 3 — Registration Deadline (full packet due with non-refundable deposit)

  • Tuesday, April 14 — 4:45–7:00 PM (for registered marching band students)

Please note: Summer Band Camp, rehearsals, Friday football games, and competition days are all mandatory. More details will be included in the Marching Band Packet, which will be released in the coming days.

Fees

Marching band is a fully self-funded activity. CCSD does not provide funding, so student fees cover staff, instruction, equipment, and other program expenses. While this activity is an investment, it directly supports the high-quality experience we provide.

Fees may be paid in full (early bird rate) or through monthly payments beginning with the deposit this spring.

Join Us!

We hope you’ll join us this spring, try out for guard, and become part of our award‑winning marching band family. We also want our marching band parents to jump in and volunteer! We will offer more information on this soon!
