*Assist the President.
*Carry out the President’s duties in his or her absence or inability to serve.
*Attend Parent Council meetings.
*Coordinate quarterly rewards for A/B honor roll students & perfect attendance.
*Coordinate quarterly gift card rewards for volunteers.
*Plan and coordinate after school programs twice a year.
Treasurer:
*Attends monthly Parent Council meetings.
*Present a financial statement at every meeting or when requested.
*Keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures.
*Pay out funds in accordance with the approval of the Executive Board.
*Make purchases for staff when needed.
*Make deposits
*Get change/money out when needed for events.
*Keep the yearly budget up to date.
*Make sure fees and taxes are taken care of.
*Check the school lock box for money at least once a week.
Secretary:
*Attends Parent Council meetings.
*Take and record minutes during the Parent Council meeting.
*Send meeting minutes to the president.
*Monthly newsletter - Printed to all students & sent to the President to be emailed out.
