Use this form to transfer existing points from a previous Woods Card to our current system. Enter your info below, and our team will get your points transferred to your loyalty account as quickly as possible.  If you do not have a loyalty account associated with your phone number, we will create an account for you. Once the transfer is complete, you will receive a text or email to confirm that your points have been added successfully.

Once your points have been transferred to your loyalty account, all you will need to do is enter your phone number at checkout to earn points for each transaction.
