All booth contents will be related to elk, Colorado wildlife, Native American culture or crafts, outdoor sports equipment or food items deemed related to the event. A 10'x10' booth costs $350 weekend. A 10'x20' booth costs $700. This is a juried show and the Elk Fest Committee reserves the right to reject any items or applications. Please don't send any payment until you've been accepted as a vendor.
You are to provide your own weighted 10' x 10' tent (no stakes are allowed). Due to the potential for wind in the Estes Valley a minimum of 50-lbs. of weight per leg is required. All applications are due by June 15th, 2019. Applications received after that date will only be considered if there is space available. We will respond to your application no later than June 23rd, 2019.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendor spaces will be assigned after an evaluation of merchandise and items to be sold has been made. A FULL description of merchandise must be listed on the enclosed form or you will not be considered for the event. Photos of merchandise and booth set-up are also required for vendors who have not participated previously. Websites are acceptable!
Food vendors are required to provide their State of Colorado Department of Health information. Food vendors will not be allowed to sell any bottled soda or bottled water. The Town of Estes Park has an exclusive agreement with Coca-Cola and beverages will be sold at a separate booth. This does not apply to specialty drinks.
A Colorado Tax ID Number is required. If you do not have one, a special one-time vendor application can be applied for and submitted to the State of Colorado. This may be done online through the Department of Revenue.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations will be made after September 1st, 2019. Upon approval you are responsible for obtaining an Estes Park events license for $20 per event OR having an Estes Park business license.
SHOW AREA: Elk Fest 2019 will be held in Bond Park in downtown Estes Park. Vendors are situated on MacGregor Avenue or on Elkhorn, directly adjacent to the park. Food vendors will be assigned spaces bordering Bond Park. You are required to keep your booth open each day from 9:00 a.m until 5:00 p.mBooth locations are assigned by show staff based on order received. Booth locations are not guaranteed. TIMES: Booth set-up: Friday, Sept 27th , 2019 - 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Hours open: Saturday Sept 28th, 2019- 9 a.m to 5 p.mSunday, Sept 29th, 2019- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tear-Down: Sunday, Sept 30th, 2018 - 4 p.m. (no earlier)
