Post-Program Survey for Acupuncturists who participated in WA State L&I Pilot Project
Survey created by Megan Kingsley Gale, spring 2019, advised by Lisa Taylor Swanson, PhD. Goal: follow up with L.Ac.s who participated in the WA state L&I Acupuncture Pilot to learn what resources were useful, and general feedback from L.Ac. participants.
Survey feedback will be de-identified and shared with: (1) Lisa Taylor-Swanson, PhD, who is presenting in June 2019 (at a research conference) the Systematic Literature Review on Acupuncture for LBP we did to get the process started for the Pilot 2 years ago. (2) WEAMA board and (3) WA State L&I Acupuncture Pilot Program point of contact.
Thank you for completing this survey! Your answers help me (Megan) understand what resources I created for Pilot LAc.s was most useful.
