Call For Presentations 2026
The Colorado Chapter of SWANA is now accepting speaker proposals for the 2026 Colorado SWANA Conference (Sept 21–23) in Golden, CO. 
Speakers will receive a discounted full conference or free registration for day of speech. 
You do not need to be a professional speaker. We ask that you please avoid sales pitches.

Submission deadline: June 5, 2026
Speaker notification: Mid-June

We are looking for topics in the following areas, but are open to new ideas in the resource management field. 

·  Recycling Systems, EPR, and the Circular Economy
·  Organics Diversion, Composting, and Food Waste Infrastructure
·  Landfill Operations, Methane Compliance, and Gas System Performance
·  Safety, Fire Prevention, and Workforce Readiness
·  Policy, Legislation, and Producer Responsibility
·  Emerging Technologies, Batteries, Data, and Operational Innovation
·  Climate, PFAS, Renewable-Energy Waste, and Residuals Management
·  Rural Access, Mountain Communities, Tourism, and Community Engagement
