Your support as a volunteer is invaluable in bringing this eco-friendly and educational event to life. From setting up to assisting attendees, your efforts will contribute to an unforgettable celebration of sustainability. You will play a crucial role in creating a fun and enriching experience for attendees. 🌱💚

Registration Table Attendants. Welcome and assist festival attendees, answer questions, provide directions, and distribute event materials

SWAG Giveaway Distributors. Distribute festival swag items to attendees at registration table

Volunteer Check-in/Check-out Table. Assist in registering and checking in volunteers as they arrive and ensuring they sign out at the end of their shifts.

Workshop Assistants. Support workshop facilitators in setting up, managing attendee flow, and ensuring a smooth workshop experience

Activity Table Assistants. Oversee and assist with activity tables, ensure children are engaged and safe, and assist with creative projects and games.

Photographers/Videographers. Capture memorable moments and highlights of the festival. Must have photography/videography equipment.

Set-Up and/or Break Down Crew. Assist with setting up booths, signage, and other event infrastructure before the festival starts and help with break-down afterward.

Parking Attendants. Assist with directing traffic and helping attendees' park vehicles safely and efficiently.

First Aid Station Volunteers. Provide basic first aid assistance if needed and ensure the well-being of festival attendees.

Lost and Found Attendants.Manage a designated lost and found area to help attendees retrieve any lost items.

Trash and Recycling Team. Keep the festival grounds clean by emptying trash bins and promoting recycling.

Social Media Team. Manage the event's social media accounts, share updates, and interact with attendees online.

Festival Evaluation Survey Ambassador. Make sure attendees complete the event evaluation survey as they are leaving the festival. (A QR code will be provided)

General Event Support. Provide flexible support wherever needed throughout the festival, filling in for roles as necessary

By agreeing to be a volunteer for the Tallahassee Earth Day Festival:

You understand that volunteering at the Tallahassee Earth Day Festival is on a voluntary basis and will not result in any financial compensation.
You agree to abide by the event's rules and guidelines as communicated by the event organizers.
You grant permission for Earths Garden LLC, Citizens for a Sustainable Future, and the Lola Hampton Frank Pinder Center for Agroecology to use any photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during your volunteer participation at the Earth Day Festival. You understand that these media materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes.
