As a single mom, the holidays are chaos on another level. Working two jobs, running a cookie business, and trying to keep Christmas magical for my seven-year-old son is exhausting on a good day. So, I’m not sure why I thought I’d add dating to my never-ending to-do list. 

My date is a disaster, but the charming Brit playing piano at the bar—and later flirting with me over a pool table? Not so much.  

One reckless night with Beck Hargrove feels harmless. 

Until I run into him the next day at my son's Winter Fest workshop and our one-night fling becomes a lot more complicated. 

Now the PTA moms think we’re together, my son is obsessed with him, and the ridiculously charming British man I was supposed to forget keeps showing up in all the worst places—my kitchen, my holiday plans, and very much in my head.

The more he helps with Winter Fest, charms everyone in Cedar Hollow, and looks at me like my messy life is something he actually wants, the harder it is to remember he won’t be staying. 

But Beck is always chasing his next adventure. 

And I can't afford to fall for a man who's only here for the holidays, no matter how much he's starting to feel like he belongs.
