A Women's Run
A Women’s Run is a Toronto volunteer-run community program aiming at bringing women together to workout and take a stronger more consistent step in the world of fitness.

Our Vision: Often times women feel intimidated to claim their spots in sports for various reasons, and our hope is that by building a strong likeminded community of athletes, all our members eventually feel more confident to practice a sport and have this barrier broken.

Our Goal: To get our members to run a distance of their choice in the upcoming ScotiaBank Marathon Race held on Oct 20th 2019. We are especially looking at breaking through this goal by highlighting the power of a community of women coming together to lift one another to cross this finish line.

01. Who:
Our program is free of cost and open for all self identifying women of any race, religion, sexual orientation and culture, ages 15 and up.

02. What:
Our weekly meet ups generally alternate between scheduled HIIT workout sessions and running meets. Yoga and other activities will also occasionally be held.

03. Where:
Our meet up spot is inside of the Ontario Square located near the Harbourfront Centre, on run meets this will be our start and end point location.

04. When:
Our sessions are held every Saturday, starting the 22nd of June 2019 unitil the 19th of October 2019. Sessions start at 10am.
