Registration Fee is  $10.00.  AFTEA is a registered organization in the USA with Registration No. 26-1960768 and Hexacenter Academy is a registered LLC in the USA with Registration No. 88-3973468.  AFTEA-Hexacenter Academy is an educational program facilitator. It promotes educational courses and degree programs of host universities and colleges in the Philippines to prospective students worldwide who want to pursue their degrees under RA10650 otherwise known as the Open Distance Learning Act and Section 6 (g) and (h) of RA 11448 known as Transnational Higher Education (TNHE) Act.  For further inquiries, please email Dr. Roger P.
